For correct sizing, we recommend using a tape-measurment to measure the circumference of your wrist.

XXSmall - up to 12 cm around wrist - (Usually fits smaller kids)

XSmall - up to 14 cm around wrist - (Usually fits youngsters)

Small - up to 16 cm around wrist (Usually fits adolescents and women)

Medium - up to 18 cm around wrist (Usually fits most men)

Large - up to 19.5 cm around wrist (Fits larger wrists)
