Making payments using our wearables mirrors the simplicity of contactless card transactions. All wearables hold an NFC tag connected to our partner Fidesmo Pay. RUBEN seamlessly deducts your purchases from the card linked to your wearable. Every wearable is VISA and Mastercard certified, and the best part – no need for batteries or an internet connection.

 

Getting started:

1. Download the Fidesmo app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
2. Launch the Fidesmo app, click Connect, and follow the in-app instructions.
3. Ensure your RUBEN is placed flat on a steady surface, then place your smartphone with the NFC reader on top of the RUBEN NFC tag. (it is located on the top back of Iphones and on the back of Android devices)
   
4. Fill in your email.
   
5. Enter your card details, hit next, and follow the steps. Keep your phone and RUBEN stable and exercise a bit of patience since it might take some time.
6. Verify your card with an SMS-code
7. Ready to Pay and Play!
